- Jan Lloyd - Chair Vistage Group
A business leader for over 20 years in the private, public and third sector, Jan has extensive experience of FMCG, manufacturing and logistics primarily in the food sector as well as property management and development. She has been recognised as a leader in every field she has entered with a proven ability to develop teams who deliver challenging objectives. In addition, she has been a valued member on a number of boards across these sectors.
Jan now chairs a Vistage Group for businesses in and around South and WestLondon. This group would suit CEOs who are keen to grow – both themselves and their businesses; who are willing to share and solve common issues with a like-minded group; and who believe in investment for longer term growth and value of people in the delivery of business success.
Jan is married to Paul and they have two sons Alex and Ollie both keen sportsmen, one a County rugby player and the other the school’s A team goalie. Time spent on various touch lines, has reconfirmed time and time again Jan’s passionate belief in how good leadership can deliver outstanding results.
